What is the hotel’s Check-in / Check-out schedule?

The Check-in time for our guests is 3:00 pm and the Check-out time is 12:00 pm. However, you can make use of the hotel facilities in case of arriving before Check-in time, and we can store your luggage. Depending on availability, you can request early check-in or late check-out; this requirement may generate additional charges.

How many bedrooms do you have?

Our Hotel has 8 bedrooms distributed in: Matrimonial, Doubles and Familiar.

Do you offer breakfast?

Our rate includes a buffet breakfast, for hotel guests, served on our terrace from 7 am to 10:30 am.

Are there rooms connected?

Yes, the familiar room has a door that connects the 2 rooms.

Do I need an ID or Passport to reserve a room?

Yes. To register, peruvian guests must show a D.N.I, while foreigners must show an identity document and/or a passport of their country . We reserve the right to refuse your registration in case your document is not current, or is invalid.

Can I request a special service?

Yes. Contact us in advance to know the availability, conditions and costs of any special service, as an example we can mention the following:

  • Late or early Check-out
  • Changes or Cancellation of reservations
  • Rent the Grill area
  • Use of the Hotel’s catamaran

We recommend that you contact us through the media present in the Contact section.

What payment methods are valid for the hotel, to pay the reservation and other services?

As for reservations, Casa Paracas accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay credit / debit cards and other payment methods such as Paypal; if you make the reservation through platforms such as Airbnb, the means of payment will be those used by the platform.

Consumption at the hotel will be canceled at the reception or in the terrace area.

Is it safe to give you my credit card information by phone or website?

We safeguard all information that we receive safely. Your information is kept private to corroborate the payments made. You can contact us if you think the information may have been leaked. We suggest you book your room through our official channels (website, phone, email or Airbnb). We are not responsible for the use of your information made by other companies in case you do not use our official channels.

Where do I leave the key to my hotel room when I am already leaving this?

At the time of check-out, you must deliver the key to the room and our staff will receive it as part of the check-out process.

Does this hotel have a bar?

Yes. We have a Lounge Bar service on the terrace from 5:00 p.m. until 11 p.m. You can enjoy cocktails and tapas there.

How do I get to Paracas, Peru?

Paracas is south of Lima. The trip by land in the South Pan-American Highway, from Lima, takes about 3 hours and you can do it in your vehicle or in a bus. The airline LC Bruce offers flights from Lima to Pisco.

The Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima, Peru receives flights from different countries and from different international airlines.

What are the tourist attractions of Paracas?

During your stay in Paracas, we recommend you visit the Peninsula of Paracas, with an impressive look; the Ballestas Islands, to be close to the particular fauna of the area and the Paracas National Reserve, a lagoon with a natural environment. We also recommend the tasting of Pisco and local wine, sandboarding in the dunes, ATV or buggy rides and water attractions.

Do you have a swimming pool?

No. We do not have a swimming pool. Our location is less than 100 meters from the beach.

What additional facilities do they have in the rooms and / or in the hotel?

Our rooms are equipped with: a safe, minibar, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning and heating, bath soap, shampoo, towels, sheets and bedspreads.

Do you have room service?

Yes. We have room service from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

Smoking is only allowed in the terrace area.

What is the high season and the “off season” of the hotel?

The high season and the “off season” are defined according to the Peruvian calendar. The high seasons in Paracas, Peru, are: Christmas-New Year (December 25 to January 1, with some days before and after), Holy Week (variable date but in mid-April) and Independence Day (28 and July 29, with some days before and after). The “out of season” is any date that was not mentioned before.
